Prisoners

Pendleton County does not operate a detention facility and therefore all adult prisoners are transported to the Boone County Detention Center in Burlington, Kentucky.  The Sheriff's Office is repsonsible for transporting all prisoners from 6 pm to 6 am Monday through Friday and 24 hours on the weekend and out of state extradictions.  The Pendleton County Jailer Ken Kells and staff are responsible for transports from 6 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday, all in state transports and everyone for court appearances.  For information about persons arrested, bond amounts you may contact the Boone County Detention Center, for court dates you may contact the Pendleton County Circuit Clerk.  You may also contact Ken Kells, Pendleton County Jailer.
