2017 PROPERTY TAXES
Pursuant to KRS 424.130(c) the list of Delinquent 2017
Property Taxes will be posted to the following web page sheriff.pendletoncounty.ky.gov
which is the website of the Pendleton County Sheriff’s Office, beginning
February 5th, 2018. The web
site will be updated weekly beginning February 12th through April
16, 2018 and all unpaid bills will be turned over to Rita Spencer, Pendleton
County Court Clerk after April 16th, 2018. Once unpaid tax bills are turned over to the
county clerk additional penalties shall be added and will be subject to a third
party purchaser in July. Tax bills may
be viewed at the Pendleton County Sheriff’s Office during normal business hours
Monday-Friday from 9:00 am
to 4:00 pm. Any questions concerning delinquent taxes

PENDLETON COUNTY TAXPAYER’S NOTICE
The 2017 Pendleton County Property Taxes will be mailed on September 29, 2017. Property owners who own property in Pendleton County will start receiving their tax bills on this date. Property tax notices will be on a “Yellow” folded post card and will read tax statement enclosed.
Tax bills are not mailed to the mortgage companies, they are mailed to the property owner. If you have not received your property tax bill by the 10th of October please contact the Sheriffs Office at 859-654-4511 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Property tax bills will also be available after October 6th online through the Sheriffs Office website; www.sheriff.pendletoncounty.ky.gov under the property tax tab. Here you will be able to print off a copy of your tax bill and receipt. The Sheriff’s Office offers credit/debit card payments as well as checks or cash.
Collections dates for tax payments are as follows: Oct. 2-Nov. 2, 2017 for 2% discount, Nov. 3-Dec. 31, 2017 for face amount, Jan. 1-31, 2018 for 5% penalty, Feb. 1 through April 16, 2018 a 21% penalty is added.
