This site is intended to provide you, the citizens of Pendleton County, with information about property taxes, sex offenders, address's and phone numbers to other Sheriff's Office's across the Commonwealth, among other things. We have also attempted to place other items of interest to you and our community on this site. We hope that you use this site often, your comments and suggestions would be appreciated.

Pendleton County Sheriff's Office received their Kentucky Association of Chiefs of Police Accreditation Certificate on Wednesday, August 6, 2008. The KACP Accreditation is intended to provide law enforcement agencies across the Commonwealth with an avenue for demonstrating that they meet commonly accepted professional standards for efficient and effective operations. The Pendleton County Sheriff's Office started the process of rewriting policy manuals, writing the accreditation manuals, and revamping of the evidence room and remolding of the office during the summer of 2007. In April 2008 accreditation managers from KACP came to the sheriff's office and went through records,policy manuals, evidence process and cruisers. On July 10, 2008 the KACP's executive board meet and approved us for our first five year certificate. We are the 4th sheriff's office in the Commonwealth to become accredited behind Jefferson, Boone, and Kenton Counties. Every five years from the date of accreditation agencies will have to make required updates to the standards to receive another certificate.

- During the months of October through April we will be open on Wednesdays from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
